Learn how to harness the power of movement/dance as a therapeutic and transformative tool. Release stress, anxiety, and stagnant emotions stored in your body and energy field. Cultivate somatic practices to reconnect with your body’s wisdom and better understand its signals. You want to deepen your spiritual awareness through movement, expressive arts and ritual.
